At Painted, we want you to feel inspired by your artistry, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on products that don't meet your creative expectations. To ensure product integrity and hygiene, items must be in their original packaging and gently used or unopened.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

Receive Your Refund

After our studio team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
